The site does not provide complete copies of copyrighted standards. Referencing a standard or organization does not imply endorsement of EMCEasy.

1. Site content

Unless stated otherwise, EMCEasy-authored interface designs, explanatory text, calculator arrangements, chart presentation, and original code are protected under applicable intellectual-property rules. Individuals may reasonably use page results for engineering review, but may not remove attribution and pass the content off as their own or bulk-copy it into a confusingly similar service.

Mathematical formulas, objective facts, units, and public technical relationships have different legal boundaries from particular prose, graphics, and database arrangements. The site claims rights in its organization and expression, not exclusivity over unprotected facts or mathematical relationships.

2. Standards and literature

  • Pages prefer standard identifiers, editions, clause locations, titles, authors or publishers, and review dates so users can obtain and verify sources independently.
  • Short excerpts are used only when necessary to explain a source and when legally permitted. The site does not reproduce substantial portions of standards, papers, books, charts, or paid databases.
  • Limits, frequency bands, and other factual data may still be subject to database rights, contract terms, or usage restrictions. Source, edition, and permission boundaries must be checked before publication.
  • Site summaries, translations, and explanations are engineering aids, not official texts or official translations issued by a standards body.

3. Trademarks and third-party material

Third-party names, standards organizations, marks, and product designations are used only as reasonably necessary to identify compatibility, a source, or an engineering object. Unless expressly stated in writing, no affiliation, authorization, sponsorship, or certification is implied.

Before adding images, icons, fonts, datasets, APIs, or code, the project prefers original material, openly licensed material, or authorized resources and records source, license version, and attribution. Material with uncertain rights status is not used in production pages.

4. Open-source software

Open-source dependencies are governed by their respective licenses. Names and versions are recorded in project manifests and lockfiles; redistribution, modification, and deployment must continue to satisfy applicable notices, license-text, and source-offer duties.

An open-source license does not automatically grant rights to third-party trademarks, standards text, datasets, or patents. Those rights require separate review.

5. Rights notices and correction process

If you believe site content infringes your lawful rights, or find an attribution, edition, or engineering error, email the specific page address, disputed material, supporting basis, requested remedy, and contact information.

We retain the minimum handling record needed and, after review, may correct the content, add a source, limit display, or remove material. We may request enough additional information to locate and assess an incomplete notice.

6. Contributor requirements

When submitting formulas, data, prose, or assets, confirm that you may provide them and include a verifiable source and permission terms. Do not submit confidential material, unpublished customer data, complete paid standards, or copied content of unknown origin.
